Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Rescheduling
If you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will transfer to your new date — one time only. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows (failing to attend without notice) and arrivals 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time are treated as a missed appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
